I liked 3 nights in this property. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a nice view over the garden as well as TV, which I really appreciated. I had a wonderful time, the staff was extremely friendly and exceptionally friendly. Stunning and favourable location, it was close to a bus stop. Many shopping centers and shopping centers were right next door...

We truly enjoyed the place and its large breakfast.

the hotel was peaceful and in a remote location. it was 1 mi from culver's, offering quick-service food.

The double room with air conditioning was great for us. 🌬️ the breakfast was awesome - hot and plentiful with juices, scrambled eggs, and delicious pastries, just what we needed to kickstart our day! .

The hotel exceeded high expectations, I would come here again. Exceptional value, room was huge, staff were very amiable. The English breakfast was warm and had something for everyone. This accommodation had a central setting in different restaurants in Krakow. It was also just off the square which is 15 minutes away as well as public transport.

The room is good sized with lovely views over the garden. The hotel is away from the main road, thanks to its beautiful location...

The room had very good Wi-Fi and a kettle, which I thoroughly enjoyed. the hotel is situated in a remote setting, away from the restaurant, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the location is near many restaurants in Krakow and close to the hill, just like on my previous visit 3 years ago.

Very friendly people, very comfortable rooms for a low price. we even received a voucher to use to the SPA for free!

The standard, equipment and cleanliness of the rooms is very good. Nice garden and park. Having the wellnes area to ourselves after booking was fun. We had a 50% discount on the price - this way it was worth the money.

We could not find the hotel, as it is not where the GPS indicated it. We called for over 30 minutes and noone picked up the phone. When on arrival we complained, the lady said, she was alone and could not pick up the phone (for over 30 minutes" "because she had a group of annoying Brasilian" tourists. Breakfast is not at all 5 star quality (last morning breakfast: no rolls, no fresh bread just toast bread but with the toaster gone; sour milk - when we complained nothing happaned to change the full tank, warm food gone cold due to heater malfunction). Small things like: only one bathrobe for 2 people - they did bring another one though when we asked. Alltogether not bad, but do not expect a 5 star quality.

The easy and convenient location, quick check-in process, attentive and helpful staff, and modern, clean accommodations contributed to a truly enjoyable stay here.

Beautiful garden area, lobby and pleasant staff. The hotel and grounds were very clean and tidy, the gallery was closed during my stay but what I could see was some nice offerings.

I was informed there would be a free hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport but a taxi was there instead which I had to pay for.

Poor TV program otions. For five star hotel, plastic caps should be replace with glass once!

There was no soap or shover gel in sauna / jacuzzi.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Krakow and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff, especially Sylwia, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere and beautiful garden were a pleasant bonus.

The breakfast selection could be improved with fresher bread and higher quality cheese and ham.

The hotel was spacious and clean with reasonable facilities available.

The bed clothes were inadequate. Toilet roll was of poor quality. Otherwise the room was well equipped but the bathroom was small. Not what we would class as 5* in the UK.
